what is score?
Score is the retail app that connects Nike stores and employees to the digital consumer. A primary function of Score is to fulfill the different types of consumer requests (Buy Online Pickup In Store, Scan & Try On, Ship From Store, etc.), but other features include sending and receiving consumer packages, and viewing employee stats.

the ask
Score was originally designed in an extremely short time frame to meet development deadlines, so the flow was not efficient and did not serve the employees as it should. The biggest opportunities for the redesign were to enable the employees instead of forcing them through an inefficient workflow, speed up the process of getting inventory prepped for consumers, get inventory moved from one place to another on a timely basis, and inspire employees through personalization and gamification.
